Shri Shivaji Education Society's Venutai Chavan College, Karad is a distinguished institution dedicated to shaping the future pillars of the nation.
Since its establishment in 1971, our college has maintained a leading position in academic excellence, fostering a supportive environment for comprehensive development. We offer 14 undergraduate programs including BA in English, Hindi, Marathi, Sanskrit, History, Economics, Geography, Physical Education, Psychology, Political Science, Bachelor of Commerce, and BBA, along with 06 PG Programs encompassing MA in History, Geography, Economics, English, Marathi, and M.Com. Additionally, we provide a diverse range of skill-based add-on/certificate courses annually to enhance the prescribed curriculum, ensuring alignment with the evolving needs
of our students. Furthermore, Ph.D. courses are available in English, Economics, History, and Physical Education, empowering our students to excel in their chosen fields. Our college also extends Arts and Commerce education through the Junior wing and Vocational Courses through the MCVC wing. In line with the National Education Policy, we are embracing a paradigm shift towards outcome-based education, ensuring that our students are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to thrive in a dynamic global landscape.
